Depending on your needs, we provide “Full Escrow,” “Sub-Escrow,” and “Title Only” transaction services! From order placement to the funding of the loan, we will work with you every step of the way. By teaming up with MidPoint you now have the ability to service your clients Nationwide!
In cases where you can secure an ICL, MidPoint will provide Title Only, you would handle the escrow entirely. You would simply forward us the recording information and MidPoint’s fees. MidPoint would send the final policy to you for delivery to your client.
In cases where you could not secure the ICL MidPoint would issue one to the lender and in most states we would do a Sub-Escrow. MidPoint would receive the escrow funding and would disburse all items that directly affect title along with our fees. We would then send the remaining balance to your company for disbursement.
In cases where we can only provide a Full Escrow service, you can still be in direct contact with your client. We will be the silent partner helping you provide the best possible service.
